What do you need help with?

For account access, purchases, memory controls, or a problem in the app, email tech@noonwake.com. Include your Arrday account email and the approximate time of the issue. Do not email private prayer or memory text unless you need it for a specific support request.

Purchases

Open You → Purchases → Restore purchases after signing in. A pending Apple transaction is checked again before any balance or membership is changed.

Account and privacy

Open You → Memory & privacy to pause new collection, export, or delete stored data. Account deletion requires an explicit confirmation in the app.

Urgent safety

Arrday is not an emergency service. If you may hurt yourself or someone else, contact local emergency services and a trusted person nearby now.
